Developed, nutty aroma of partly candied yellow fruit with quite fine vegetable and herbaceous flavours, hints of tobacco, yellow spice and mineral nuances. Ripe, tart-juicy, clear fruit, nutty and hints of tobacco notes, very fine acidity, some grip, light minerality in the background, persistent, quite elegant style, still has life, very good, fine-juicy finish with some pak choi. Very pleasing.

Klare, feinsaftige, geschliffene Frucht mit kräuterigen und recht deutlich mineralischen Noten, sehr feine, reife Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz, etwas Tiefe, harmonisch, hat Eleganz und Spiel, sehr guter Abgang.
