Translate to English Gedeckte, brotige und einen Hauch röstige Nase mit Tönen von dunklem Karamell und karamellisiertem Kernobst. Noten von süß-saurer Soyasauce, Kernobst, Karamell und Zitrus, wiederum ein wenig röstig und leicht nussig, präsente zitronige Säure, Säure und Süße noch nicht in perfekter Balance, malzig am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, etwas cremig, aber auch zitronig im sehr guten Abgang.
