Ripe, melting, tart-juicy fruit, clearly herbaceous-spicy and rooty aromas, smoke, fine acidity and mellow tannin, blackberry and slightly nutty tones, clear minerality, some warmth, a touch of brown butter, good depth, very good to long, calm, warm finish with complex spice.
