2019 Weststeiermark DAC Ried Kehlberg Grauburgunder trocken "Falter Ego", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Nutty and somewhat woody aroma of pome fruit with citrus nuances, a little smoke and vegetal as well as yellow-spicy hints. Firm and grippy in the mouth, ripe yellow fruit with yellow spice, light woody aromas, vanilla and butter, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, smoky nuances, minerality in the background, has power and substance, some depth, mineral hints, a touch of dark berries, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
