Firm nose, nutty and partly dried floral notes, light pomaceous fruit, hint of bacon, some red berries, hint of mushrooms, mineral notes. Firm, ripe fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light nutty oak, vegetal and light floral aromas, persistent and quite concentrated, still undeveloped, some depth, fine tannic grip, chalky mineral notes, very light peppery traces in the background, hint of red berries, full body, good substance, but also has cool notes, nutty oak on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
