Rather firm, rather cool, floral, yeasty and a little nutty-yeasty fragrance of yellow and a little white fruits with smoky and spicy nuances, light floral tones and clear minerality. Ripe, tangy-juicy, melt-in-the-mouth fruit with handle and yellow spice, somewhat yeasty, nutty and light-woody, fine acidity and delicate tannin handle, floral nuances, a hint of butter, lots of salt in the background, ethereal notes, very good, tight finish with almost a little sweetish juice
