Translate to English Klarer, straffer und geschliffener Zitrusduft mit etwas Steinobst, präsenten, frischen grün-vegetabilen bis kräuterigen Aromen, ein wenig Holunderblüte, grünem Pfeffer und mineralischen Anklängen. Straffe, saftige Frucht mit viel herber pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Würze, etwas Olivenöl, Holunder und noch leicht hefigen Tönen, sehr präsente Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Biss, gute Nachhaltigkeit, noch ziemlich jung, ausgesprochen klarer, transparenter Stil, sehr guter, säuerlich-saftiger Abgang mit merklichem Säurebiss.
