Cool, grassy, vegetal notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit and citrus, herbaceous notes, light elderberry and mineral notes, nutty traces. Quite full-bodied and creamy on the palate, light vegetal as well as nutty notes, elegant acidity, slightly noticeable acohol, sugar candy, very good persistence, noticeable alcohol again on a creamy finish with candied nuts.
