Rather bitter, delicately smoky and nutty aroma with cool, bright yellow fruity and fresh herbal notes. Clear, fresh, bright fruit, herbal, slightly smoky and restrained nutty tones, lively acidity, a bit of grip, a hint of pepper on the palate, certain sustainability, very delicate sweetness, good to very good finish.
