Cool, slightly smoky-bacon-like, somewhat nutty and vegetable to dried-herb nose with yellow fruits and a hint of mixed berries and a suggestion of shellfish. Slim, not completely dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of beeswax, forest mushrooms, and crab meat, lively acidity, light tannin grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, hinted forest berries and tobacco in the background, also a touch of nutmeg, good finish with bite.
