Cool, delicate floral, slightly almond and herbal to grassy scent with citrus and pome fruit notes, a hint of gooseberries and suggested surimi. Straightforward, not completely dry fruit with noticeable acidity, some grapefruit and fresh grass, lively, almost present acidity, light tannin grip, certain sustainability, salty tones, good to very good finish.
