Lightly developed, noticeably dried-vegetable to herbal nose with citrus aromas, shellfish meat, and a hint of peach. Herbaceous-juicy, relatively restrained fruit with light shell tones, slightly dried-plant and nutty on the palate, quite lively acidity and fine, tender tannins, good sustainability, bright minerality, hinted but also dark spice, a trace of smoke, very good, quite firm, grippy, bitter finish.
