Straffe, süßlich-saftige Frucht mit vegetabilen und leicht hefigen Noten, präsente Säure, etwas sandiger und trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, herbe mineralische Töne, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit süßlich-säuerlichem Saft und wieder leicht trocknendem Gerbstoff.
