Translate to English Nussiger, kühl-gemüsiger und etwas vanilliger Duft nach teils eingemachtem Kernobst mit einer Spur Zitrusfrüchte und etwas Mineralik im Hintergrund. Reife, zart süßliche, weiche Frucht im Mund, vegetabile und erdige Töne, sehr feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hat etwas Substanz und Schmelz, im Hintergrund ein wenig Mineralik, nicht allzu tief, moderate, nussige Holztöne, guter Abgang.
