Editor note: Nutty nose with prominent yeasty notes, light vegetal notes, mussel shells, some citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of butter, light herbaceous notes, hint of bacon. Ripe, fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, nutty and more prominent yeasty aromas, hint of tobacco, light smoky notes, fairly fine mousse, light grip, good substance and persistence,hint of bread and spicy traces, light chalky notes in the background, light peppery spice, some depth, very good, tart, juicy, spicy, grippy finish.
Best to drink: To 2021+
