A slightly cheesy-reductive, somewhat fresh-vegetal to herbal and lightly almond-like scent of bright, partly preserved yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of vineyard peaches and rhubarb. Polished, slightly candied citrus fruit with a bit of rock candy and bitter plant aromas, lively acidity, delicate carbonation, has a grip of ripe tannin, good sustainability, certain depth, salty minerality, also a hint of shellfish, suggested smoke in the very good finish.
