Firm, yeasty, still a little reductive aroma with bright yellow fruity and smoky mineral aromas. Still quite yeasty in the mouth, fine herbal spice and smoke again, very fine acidity, largely dry style, nutty flavours, good persistence, has grip and life, very good, tart, mineral finish. Great basic quality
