Rather bright, somewhat vegetal citrus-peach nose with a hint of Earl Grey and mineral tones. Lean, tart, cool, again rather restrained fruit, clearly vegetal aromas, present acidity, yeasty traces and quite clear minerality, plenty of bite, good persistence, firm structure, gains juice and finesse with air, very good, tart, somewhat grippy finish with more vegetal and mineral than fruity notes.
