Slightly muted nose, prominent yeasty notes, partly dired yellow fruit, light nutty notes, vegetal and dried floral traces, hint of tobacco. Slightly muted ripe fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, very elegant acidity, integrated, slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, tart earthy and mineral notes in the background, slightly salty, hint of tobacco, good grip, some depth, firm structure, slightly muted again on a very good tart, gripping, minerally finish.

Fest gewirkt und saftig im Mund, reintönige, reife Frucht mit tabakig-pflanzlicher Würze, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, erdige Anklänge, wirkt aufgrund der intensiven Mineralität trockener als er ist, gewisser Schmelz, besitzt Tiefe und Länge.
