Light nutty, tart, somewhat vegetal and hinted at yeasty aroma with pome fruit and citrus notes. Tart fruit with light nutty aromas, hints of smoke, a hint of yeast and bite, quite lively acidity, buttery traces, some chalk and salt, good persistence, good to very good, still a hint of drying finish.
