Relatively tart, slightly smoky, bacon aroma of black and a little red berries with dried planty notes, a touch of paprika and hints of liquorice. Straight, tart fruit, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannin, dried-vegetable aromas again, a little earthy, again a hint of liquorice, good persistence, some dark chocolate and coffee in the background, noticeable alcohol, not too deep, good to very good finish.
