Light nutty, vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, hint of bacon, light yellow fruit, floral notes. Clear, sweet, light fruit on the palate, yeasty and tart nutty notes, elegant acidity, delicate tannic touch, good persistence, bitter oranges in the background, mineral traces, noticeable warm alcohol, some grip, light spicy notes and sugar candy on a good to very good finish.
