2016 Hillesheim Sonnheil Regent trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Clear, tart nose, black berries and cherries, dried herbs and spices. Fairly firm, juicy, dark fruit on the palate, fresh herbaceous notes, hint of citrus fruit, floral traces, toasted traces in the background, quite firm, some bite, own character, approachable, good finish.
