Translate to English Altgold mit leicht rosigem Stich. Würzige und kräuterige, zart gebrannte Nase mit Noten von Piment, getrocknetem Apfel und Zirben. Auch im Mund gewürzig und etwas an Wacholder und Piment erinnernd, kräuterige gelbe Frucht, dazu Apfelschalen und Kürbis, auch nussige Anklänge, die passende Säure gibt Rückgrat, traditionelle Machart mit Charakter und etwas Mineralität, leicht gerbstoffig im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
