Clear, nutty and a hint of smokiness with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas as well as vegetal and mineral nuances. Straightforward fruit with nutty and yeasty tones, some vegetal, chalky mineral tones, a hint of bacon on the palate, some persistence, buttery notes, good to very good finish.
