Dense, very firm and juicy in the mouth, rather cool, with present, yet very polished minerality and a light grip of extremely fine tannin, yeasty nuances on the palate, fresh herbaceous-vegetable tones and noble, perhaps not completely dry juice, very elegant style, deep and complex, red and black berry nuances, umami, delicate soy notes, a hint of jalapeño, long, fine-juicy, cool and polished finish with freshness, noble juice and minerality. A beauty.
