Cool, quite fine, herbal, rather tart nose with restrained yellow fruity and very light black berry aromas, floral nuances and some minerality. Firmly woven, tart fruit, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty notes, moderate, fine phenolic, persistent on the palate, distinct minerality, a little dark berries in the background, good substance, some depth, nutty yeasty hints, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with delicately creamy and fine, dark spice.
