Firm, slightly yeasty, somewhat dried-vegetable and tobacco aroma with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, some mustard seed, herbs, floral aromas and distinct minerality. Clear, cool and restrained, fine-juicy, quite dry fruit, very fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, nutty yeasty aromas, a hint of dark berries and preserved plums, some depth, still undeveloped, very good, firm, fine-spicy and tart-juicy finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2030+. What our ratings mean
