Cool, deep, fresh, quite complex, clearly planty and still slightly yeasty nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas, a hint of dark berries, floral nuances, herbs, yellow spice and minerality. Firm, bright, juicy, rather tart fruit, yeasty and clearly fresh vegetable aromas, a lot of acid bite, persistent, somewhat floral, gripping on the palate, almost cold style, very mineral, deep and complex, black berry nuances, a little bit of Mediterranean herbs, very good to long, tight finish with plenty of draught. Needs time
