Firm, herbal-vegetal and slightly petrol fragrance of partly preserved citrus fruits and stone fruits with distinct lime zest, a hint of fennel and mustard seeds as well as mineral notes. Firm, very juicy, somewhat sweet fruit, lively, fine acidity and delicate grip, again green-herbal to herbal aromas, a touch of mustard and fennel, persistent on the palate, plenty of salty-mineral, red berry traces, good depth, has tension, petrol and floral traces, very good, firm, juicy, again quite sweet finish with plenty of bite.
