Clear, relatively cool, a touch nutty pome fruit nose with yeasty nuances as well as floral and vegetal traces. Not quite dry, quite juicy fruit, nutty and yeasty tones, spicy nuances on the palate, some persistence, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, good to very good finish.
