Translate to English Etwas nussiger und holzwürziger, einen Hauch speckiger Duft nach angetrockneten und eingemachten roten Beeren mit leicht gewürzigen und erdigen bis vegetabilen Tönen. Reife, herbe, aber eher weiche Frucht im Mund, altholzige, vegetabile, erdige und salzige Töne, etwas Rauch und Speck am Gaumen, feinsandiges Tannin, getrocknet-kräuterige und nussige Anklänge, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter, würziger und leider auch etwas holzig-verschwommener Abgang.
