2021 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, somewhat herbal and hints of almondy pome fruits with a little green berries and nuances reminiscent of melon. Polished, not quite dry fruit with a hint of exoticism, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, hints of kumquats and Provence herbs, light minerality, delicate melting, good to very good finish.
