2018 Südsteiermark DAC Ehrenhausen Morillon Ortswein trocken "Startin", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, rather reserved, somewhat smoky and slightly vegetal nose of light yellow fruits with herbal nuances and light mineral tones. Bright, rather tightly knit fruit with a delicate melt and hints of wood spice, very fine, lively acidity, moderate tannin, good persistence, distinctly salty minerality and a hint of parsley in the very good, fine-juicy finish
