Editor note: Firm, tart, fairly cool nose, elegant yeasty, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral aromas, light fruit with prominent citrus notes, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, fresh vegetal and light floral aromas, very elegant acidity, delicate touch of nutty oak in the background. fairly creamy with some buttery traces, mineral notes in the background, still young, some bite on a very good, elegant, cool, juicy finish.
