Fairly firm nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow and green fruit aromas, elderflowers, light mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, but also still firm fruit on the palate, fairly moderate acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, very full-bodied, creamy and warm style, touch of elderflower and some juniper, floral notes, very light butte4ry traces in the background, very good warm,. mature, juicy, spicy, creamy finish.
