Firm, fairly deep nose, nutty notes, yellow fruit and some yellow spice, hint of tobacco, floral traces and some peppery, touch of oak, hint of egg white. Firm, bone dry, ripe fruit on the palate, tart and juicy, peppery spice, dried vegetal aromas, prominent mineral notes, hint of black berries, persistent, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, excellent substance and depth, hint of bacon, grip and bite on a very good, firm, tart, juicy and spicy finish.
