Fairly prominent nutty notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, light peppery spice, vegetal notes, delicate hint of oak, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, still has fairly prominent yeasty notes, more prominent nutty notes, light oak, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, full-bodied and creamy, good depth, tart, salty mineral notes, light vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, peppery traces, very good, juicy, creamy, spicy finish.
