Fairly cool nose, prominent fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral notes, very elegant yellow and green fruit, dried coriander, delicate yeasty traces. Polished sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous as well as yeasty aromas, buttery traces, very elegant acidity, light nutty traces, good persistence, salty traces, hint of dark berries and muscat, some coriander, good to very good finish.
