Firm, tart nose, prominent green vegetal and yeasty notes, restrained green and yellow fruit, some white pepper, stinging nettles and intense mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent green vegetal and herbaceous aromas, prominent yeasty notes, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, persistent and quite concentrated, hint of elderberry in the background, good depth, complex, still totally undeveloped, salty mineral notes, cool style, clear and fresh, clear contours, very good long, cool, elegant, juicy finish.
