Translate to English Straffer, noch immer leicht reduktiver, etwas hefewürziger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und Kernobst mit getrocknet-kräuteriger Würze, tabakigen Anklängen und viel herber Mineralik. Betont herbe Würze und Mineralik auch im Mund, bitterlich-nussige und altholzig wirkende Töne, straffe Säure, zurückhaltende Frucht am Gaumen, ziemlich gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, viel Griff, klares Sortenbitter, getrocknet-kräuterige Aromen, etwas Kandis, harmonisch., geschliffen und relativ kühl, sehr guter Abgang.
