Quite a deep, tranquil nose, ripe pears, some apple and muscat, spicy and mineral notes, prominent herbaceous notes, hint of spicy floral notes. Firm and juicy on the palate, fruit not totally dry, gripping, very elegant and perfectly integrated acidity, quite creamy, elegant spice, excellent substance and persistence, full-bodied without being clumsy, elegant and finely contoured, perfectly balanced, good depth, delicate tart mineral notes in the background, long finish.
