Deep, very complex nose, candied yellow fruit, partly dried herbs, candied and roasted nuts, some caramel, prominent mineral notes. Concentrated and juicy on the palate, fairly mature sweetish fruit, candied nuts and a hint of caramel, very elegant acidity, very full-bodied and creamy, also has a cool mineral backbone, excellent substance and depth, very persistent, cool mineral notes, herbs and spices on a complex, powerful, juicy and very long finish.
