2006 Blauer Zweigelt trocken Reserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Fairly mature nose, cherries and red berries, sawed wood and pine needles on a forest floor. Still quite youthful on the palate, spicy notes, some pine wood and raisins, fairly firm red berry fruit, integrated tannins, fairly prominent oak, very slightly tart on a very good finish.
