Slightly cloudy, very light yellow. Cool, yeasty, light nutty and delicately floral citrus nose with pome fruit notes as well as vegetal and very light smoky tones. Fine, clear, bright, polished, rather cool fruit, very fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, light nutty and delicately buttery hints, a little planty to herbaceous in the background, persistent, has freshness, clear, chalky minerality, a hint of mushrooms, umami, also salt, quite complex, some depth, very good, again fine-juicy, yeasty and mineral finish.
