2020 Landwein trocken "Saignée" Rosé, Baden, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat spicy, mushroomy and slightly bacony stone fruit scent with predominantly red berry nuances. Clear, juicy, not quite dry fruit with a hint of cherries and mint, fine, lively acidity, quite good persistence, some light wood in the background, salty and earthy tones, good finish with fine juice and some draw.
