Cool, nutty and a touch buttery fragrance with restrained yellow fruity notes, vegetal hints and a touch of yellow spice. Straight, fine, light fruit, nutty and buttery tones, very fine acidity and some grip, some persistence, a hint of vanilla, chalky and salty hints in the background, good to very good, again nutty and a hint of buttery finish with some yellow spice.

Editor note: Restrained, slightly yeasty, hints of mushroom and vegetal aromas with chalky aromas and only hints of yellow fruity tones. Tart, fine-juicy, nutty and grippy, yeasty nuances, very fine acidity and smoky traces, persistent, somewhat chalky and salty, certain depth, quite firm structure, delicately buttery flavours, good substance, good to very good, firm, fine-spicy and -juicy finish, again with some fresh butter, but also bite.
