2019 Pinot Noir Landwein trocken "Vulkan", Baden, Germany

Nutty, calm, yet deep aroma of predominantly red berries with dried-vegetable to tobacco nuances, hints of wood and floral nuances. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with fine, rather youthful tannin and a certain acid bite, a little smoky, tobacco and nutty tones, a hint of cubeb pepper in the background, also salt and chalk, lasting, good substance, dried-herbal nuances, hints of coffee grounds, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish, again with bite.
