Clear, quite polished, nutty and a hint of vegetal scent with calm, bright yellow fruity notes, delicate woody hints and a hint of chalk. Clear, firm, polished, tart-juicy fruit, nutty, delicately vegetal to floral and again some chalky tones, moderate, light woody hints, a touch of mushrooms and bacon, delicate grip, good substance and persistence, very good, clear, polished, fine-juicy finish.
