Fine, nutty, delicately floral and hinted yeasty fragrance with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruity aromas, a touch of bacon and light minerality. Clear, firm, light and very juicy, yet cool and tart fruit, lively, polished acidity, yeast nuances, delicate floral on the palate, fresh planty tones, hinted white pepper in the background, yeast nuances, hinted light wood, has tension, good depth, very good, tight finish with bite, lots of minerality, some yeast, almonds and noble, tart juice.
